Good on both counts
The gel is great....but so is the actual polish! Great coverage in one coat. Dries matte, so I add a glossy top coat.

Not what it is like
This product has 4 different steps you have to do to make plus you have to have one of those lights you put your hands under like gel. I thought i was getting ust regular polish.
