Holy Stone makes a very good precision product. I didnt want to spend five to eight hundred dollars on a new hobby i wasn't really familiar with, so i spent under a hundred and really learned a lot about flying and the controls. Holy Stone has absolutely the best customer service with prompt email and phone communication. I am now on my third drone as i move up in this addictive hobby. I read good and bad reviews about Holy Stone as with any product. By doing my own research and starting out slow, ive learned a lot of bad reviews were from improper calibrating and operator error. I also have the Holy Stone HS720G which has a better gimble and camera. No matter which drone you get be sure to obey laws and regulations. Get your TRUST certificate with your first drone. This is a good, inexpensive drone with a lot of capability. It does tend to wobble a bit when stopped in flight. HolyStone customer service is outstanding. I would buy from them again.

I have tried Holy Stone before and I totally recommend it. They are very good quality and have many functions, very useful and fun. It's a shame that I can't comment on this one in particular because I can't find the package. I just hope it hasn't been stolen. 🥹😭

I have had this drone for a few months now and I have not had any problems. Surprisingly, it is actually really good and it can go up to 1000 feet high. He has everything that says it has an even has stabilization for the camera. This was probably one of the best drones for its price that I could find.

This drone can take excellent pics and video as long as the pilot follows directions on how and when it should be flown.

This drone takes really good video footage and pretty decent pictures. However, we had a terrible time with it disconnecting from the phone and we almost lost it, but managed to get it to come back home. We talked to customer service at Holy Stone and they suggested that we put it back in the air again and if it lost connection again, to send it back. They said that it's possible that there was interference from electrical lines. We put it back in the air a few more times, but it kept losing connection. Wasn't worth the stress of wondering if you'll lose your done each time you put it up. Took it back to Walmart and got a refund with no problem.

the shipment was fast the item was packed very good no problem with Walmart but the product itself doesn't fly as far as it says it does so I returned it back and bought another drone

I have been flying drones for some time now, and this is by far the worst drone I have ever had. My experience upon trying to return that drone, along with the other one I had bought because this was so bad (the Vivitar SkyVision is even worse--FPV headset is a joke; less flight time; and just as bad video quality), to the store employees were awful and questioned me ever buying them. Absurd! The video quality on the HolyStone is wavy no matter how much I adjust the flight and camera settings. I can never get a shot that doesn't make me nauseated from all the movement. I have purchased the correct SD cards and some with more storage (oh, that is another thing, the app will drain your phone storage even with an SD card). Additionally, the stupid thing, even after geomagnetic calibration and successful GPS (17 satellites connected), it darts off in random directions without being prompted. I am lucky that this hasn't taken off and landed on a house because I live in the desert, and anyone who flies drones knows that the batteries get hot from flight, add that to southern weather, and you could have a fire. It is not safe. I am not wasting my time taking pics of this thing either, but glad I could share this with the world.

every time I use the take off button if rises then takes off on its own and I can't control it and it crashes into something
