Love the Chase lounge chairs. The table has one leg longer than the other. Was put together using wrong items.

I purchased the chairs in on June 27th 2025. Now August 10th 2025. The chairs are faded and black mold is growing on the pads. I need to buy new padding.

Came broken and smells bad. The smell I could bear as it might disappear with time. But it had a broken piece. Also came with a loose screw

Way too low to the ground. Headrest is also too short.

One of the chairs was defective upon arrival to my home. Contacted the seller who has not made any effort to refund partial amount of $, send the missing item nor replace the one entire chair. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This was advertised as being assembled!! Instead I have a 75lb box I can't move. I want Walmart to pick this up and refund my money! This is fraud!

I ordered 2 boxes of these chairs. One delivered fine, the 2nd one delivered with a large crushed section of the box. I first started the return on line. I took it to Walmart in Springdale, AR to return it. The box is very heavy and I'm 66 yrs old. After waiting in customer service, I had to find my own flat bed cart in the back of the store. I went and unloaded the box and took it back to customer service. When they tried to return it, I was told that I needed to contact the vendor. I had to load it back into my car. I got home and reached out to the vendor who instructed me to start the return on line again. It's like being on a return Merry go round with a 200 lb. return. This is definitely not Amazon. Terrible customer service.

The clasp on the legs are backwards and won't lock in.
