i did not rate 5 star and it won't let me edit rating...Shipping and delivery were fine...assembly was painless.... I love the color of the love seat and would love a matching couch in the same color...but the arm rest is secured by velcro and the velcro does not secure the arm rest...From the set up of lift chair, every time he uses the chair one of the rest comes undone and has to be secured again until he gets in or out..it is annoying, overwhelming and exhausting for an elderly that depends on the lift for mobility.. I'm reaching out to seller for a fix or resolvement... as of now the rating is a two star...
this chair has great functions but it is so small looks like a kid recliner not for plus size individuals
The arm rest on the left side will not stay tucked into the velcro no matter how many times I tuck it back. What would you recommend? The right arm has stayed in place since we assembled the chair, which is wonderful.
Chair was broken at the foot part and not much cushion in the seat. The company never messaged me back about a replacement. I bought 2 and am very satisfied with the second one. The message part sucks, but what can you do. It was a little over 400.
This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. The chair was manufactured incorrectly and cannot be put together. I got charged $75 00 for assembly that couldn't even be done. I have contacted the seller and gotten no satisfaction. Now I'm out all this money and no chairs.
It’s cheap quality and goes sideways once a person sits on it. Don’t waste your money on this product. The back support is not supportive at all. We had to place a pillow there.
I ordered this recliner for my grandmother. We put it together and a hole was in the seat after a bad delivery within a week the lifter stop working as well.
both arm rests zippers were broken. and they don't Velcro under the seat on one side
It’s not as wide as it looks. It also fell apart as I was using it
The base of the recliner arrived without the top or armrest!
