Family room heater
It was a perfect addition to our family room and we enjoyed using it. There were a few moments where it couldn't hold the temperature but we worked around it. I would recommend picking this up

Return status
You refunded my order but the box has been discarded and it would cost too much to have it packaged and shipped back. Are you willing to give a partial refund and let me keep the fireplace? I think it's a good solution for both of us. Please let me know what you think. Thank you for your consideration 🙏

Electric fireplace review
Great product. easy to assemble and got it done in about 20 minutes

I wanted it to look "Christmasy" and it adds Christmas charm to the room which was all I wanted. It does seem like the auto thermostat is off a few degrees, not a deal breaker for me.

Fireplace - Get Ready to Build It Yourself.
It was smaller than expected (I didn't notice the inches listed so that is on me.) I didn't realize you had to build it yourself. We bought electric heater fireplaces in the past and they came larger and already built. Also it is quite loud when the heat is on. That discourages using it for heating purposes. Oh well.
