Just love it , such a beautiful fire place ! Packed perfectly and easy to put together , instructions was great and everything was perfectly fitting !!! And fire looks so great and it's doing its job!

This exceeded my expectations. We have spillover sleeping quarters on the ground floor, in a spaced shared but divided by beautiful bamboo privacy screens. We needed to make it feel like a glam-like place and find extra heating (that truly pumps out heat). This gorgeous fireplace makes it feel like a custom room. It's hard to even tell it's a 'fake' electric fireplace given the faux tile that's pretty convincing and hearty mantle. Shipping: It's a HEAVY box so you'll need help getting it to your spot Assembly: Took 2 of us, including 1 skilled carpenter who used wood glue to reinforce where the spongy screw things were placed (pro tip!). In advance, helps to lay it all out since you're building it from scratch, and lots of screws and pieces and parts. Heat: HOT!! You get the temperature reading, and had it jacked up to 72 degrees. Warms up the small, concrete basement area beautifully Flames: pretty and satisfying Style: it's gorgeous!

Temperature control works peref t for my 250 square foot space. It wasn't hard to put together. it took me around an hour to complete. Its heavy but not too heavy. i love the look

Over all very easy to assemble alone, to my surprise it went quickly (I always mess up😅). It is a perfect fit to the space. It did not come with the 2triple A-batteries it requires. Delivery time was not bad. So far so good 😊.

It works just fine. Nice piece blending in with the family room.

Overall this is worth what I paid but ran into problems with assembly as there was a piece not cut to correct measurement, so I had to cut it, see photo.

i was so excited to get my fireplace but it turned quickly into a nightmare. some of the boards did not fit and we had tore the box up so I couldn't return it. We ended up having to cut some of the boards and some had to be trimmed to fit.
