very nice works amazing the only thing i would say kinda sucks is that the window part got warped by the sun and cracked where it connects to the tubing part but other then that its a great product

This works great in my closet turned office remodel. It is a room with no HVAC so it got very hot with computer equipment. Luckily it has an exterior wall so we just drilled a hole and vented it that way. Cools off the room 10 degrees in 10 mins.

Works well for small spaces. My basement was very damp and musty and this helps a lot.

Cold air comes out. It works pretty good.

I loke the unit but very difficult to put discharge tube for exhaust into window plate %26 back of unit.It will come apart very easily.I had to tape the tube to both the window plate %26 back of unit. Had i known it came with a drain tube i would have looked for one that requires no drain tube.

Waste of money. It's an oversized, overpriced fan. This thing DOES NOT cool even a small bedroom.

Good evening, first of all congratulations for your excellent care, services and good staff. In relation to the purchase made recently, I am a bit disappointed in the air not It cools enough for a small room under 300 feet, it does not exceed my expectations. I feel disappointed by the brand. I would like to opt for another of a better brand with at least 360 and more BTUs, although this should have been up to the mark
