very quick and easy installation, I put in my master bedroom at it cooled entire room quickly on a 85 degree day also it is very wuiet you really have to losten to even no its running. I am very impressed and definitely thinking about 1 for the kitchen.

its a love hate relationship depending on the day, i have it set to the coldest almost all the time so its definitely putting in work. the noise level isnt too bad especially if you enjoy white noises. its definitely designed for a smaller room, it didnt do too well in my living room. instead of making it cold it just felt not that hot in my loving room plus some days it was cooler outside than inside

great buy ,keeps my two bedroom apartment nice and cool. its still a little loud, but I've had a few different portable, AC in the past, and I just think all of them are loud, none of them are actually just quiet or silent. overall great purchase

Rating is "ONLY" for the Shipping Company ON TRACK, There Should be an option for which shipping company you would trust with your delivery, The package arrived late 3 days late and I had ordered a second one almost at the same time and it got relocated to another State, both packages was to be delivered at the same time same date as the tracking showed before one was relocated to LALA Land "Confusion", the shipping label needs to be alot bigger, "Stamp" the addressor State with Zipcode Big on multiple sides " Actually Do Something To Get it Right" It says working hard on the tracking info I Doubt that like how hard that mistakes are being made, "Prevent" to get your company in a trusting Standards to the Public and Sellers because of us customers and merchants there's On Track " Don't Name Yourself a Reliable type of word or phase if the expectations are deep below of what it stands, Not the first bad experience just too many with this one, now I don't know when my next package will arrive it says it sitting somewhere unattended or being ignored/ just passing by it or something.
