Excellent product

The rollator was put together with a bit of effort, and did have to have help from someone to adjust brakes. We did not have strength to do it. For anyone out there ordering, DO MAKE SURE YOU GET ONE THAT WILL ADJUST TALL EOUGH FOR THE PATIENT. The one we ordered is not tall enough but will attempt to use. Do appreciate the "partial refund" to prevent having to return, which would have been a real hassel for senior citizens like us. Am looking forward to refund on any warranty monies paid. thks..

Perhaps the walker would work well for most people, but for our dad, who struggles with coordination and balance, it was too lightweight. A traditional walker works better for him. I do recommend the walker for others to try, since I realize it is effective for many.

There were absolutely NO assembly instructions or even a photo. I went online to see what it is suppose to look like and could not find assembly instructions there. Once assembled it is not firm enough at the tallest adjustment, it is shaky did not feel safe, so we returned it.

We have been unable to get this item assembled so it is comfortable to sit on at all. Wish the directions were clearer and operating instructions were in more detail. Also unable to get it to fold by lifting the seat, as the illustrations show. Not at all sure we are going to keep this item due to all of the above.

Poorly assembled. Wrong length screws in support brackets caused it to collaspe the first time she used it. Too short for my wife (5' 10") even with all of the adjustments. Wife wants to buy a different brand that has bigger wheels and is made for her height.

I just got this package today. I did get the bag and inside it was assembly instructions, such as they are. It's for my father, but I haven't taken it to him yet because the brakes don't work. Tires are plastic. After I adjusted the brakes, which are also plastic, to actually apply pressure to the tire, I find the tire just slides across the floor anyway. No tread/grip on them. Can't have dad doing a face plant. The instructions say to have brakes in locked position before using this as a seat. I don't see anyway to do that. The back rest for the seat, is a padded bar that is a few inches too short to reach across from one side to the other. That won't work. I'm 6 ft tall, as is my father, trying this at max height I still need to bend over a bit. And at that height the whole thing seems wobbly from the handles. Aosom, the company selling these, don't have anyone to help with these issues. You can get a part. They are actually going to send me a new one. We'll have to see. Not impressed at this point.

This item is very dangerous. It tips forward going over the tiniest bump. I would not let a senior rely on this for getting around. I almost fell once and had a few other close calls. Returning ASAP

I was refunded my purchase because walker pulls apart when you walk. The bar that goes between the to handles pulls apart and allows it to weaken your bars you use to place your arms on to walk. Very dissatisfied

Sadly, the seat is in the way when youre trying to walk with the Walker and there are no permanent brakes. It cannot be clicked to a halt. It is not stable when it moves and you are trying to sit or get your balance if it continually moves.
