poor desogn
The chair is ok. The reason it got only 3 stars is because the tilt and foot rest are conected. You cannot just but up the foot rest. To raise the foot rest you have to tilt the back of the chair also.

Difficult to recline
Good looking chair. Bought it for my 82yo Mom. She did not have the strength to make it recline—to be fair, both my husband and I tried and had a difficult time doing the same.
