A Tired Customer
I love this item but my bathroom door won't shut while it's hanging on the door. I'll just have to save it until I can find use for it or we move into a house.

Space Saving At Its Best
I don't know if it is the door or the hangers on the door but the door won't close. Other than that, I love the rack over the door because it saves space.

Its not fixed and the rods and whole stand move when try to take the towel off. Although works for me.

Pretty design if it could have been a better quality very flimsy and cheap manufacturing, price too high even at the reduced price if $14, it's not worth it, (maybe $5-$8). Unfortunately On it came in an obviously previously opened box (probably a return) and a critical part one knob was missing. I kept it cant go through the hassle of returns. It looks pretty though. Your decision

I would not purchase it again.
The top hanger brackets are two wide for the average interior door. I had to drill holes and fasten them. Also the hangers supporting the rods are not stable and will swing from side to side. I secured them to the door with cable clips.

doesnt stay hinged to the door very well i know its more than likely bc of the constant shifting of the door as well our doors get stuck occasionally so we gotta tug sometimes which in some cases the rack comes flying off

sides slide and not stationary.
Was not what I expected. Once put together, the towel bars slide through the support holes as the sides are not stationary. It looks nice but not functional.

Disappointed!
The over the door hooks are 2 inches wide! Who has a bathroom door that wide? (LOL) Both of my doors are 1 and 3/8" so, although it's exactly what I wanted I can't use it.

Made for a very wide door on top
Door hooks are too big. They do not fit tightly on door. They hang over preventing easy door closure. The chrome makings prevent one from bending or manipulating the hooks to fit.

Don't waste your money this is rubbish
This rack looks nice online but when you hang it up it's the worst thing ever. The hooks are so big the rack doesn't even hang right and then you can't even close the door that it's hanging on. I wouldn't recommend buying this at all.
