Bakerswave Non-stick 15” x 21” Steel Baking Sheet, Grey

I run a small bakery business from my home and these baking sheets are amazing for the price! My oven is 22 inches wide, so naturally the 21 inch sheets were perfect for them. They heat evenly and I get really nice results every single time. They are black, so they do cook things a bit faster than lighter colored baking sheets, but I've found that it gives a more browned bottom on the cookies I bake with them, which is ideal. They do warp slightly with the heat, but they're so large that it's barely noticeable in the grand scheme of things. If you need a slightly cheaper alternative to the Wilton brand sheets, these are amazing. I personally think they're better than the Wilton brand, as they have less of a propensity to stain. I've used the ones I have thousands of times since I've gotten them, and they do not have a single stain on them. The same can't be said about the Wilton sheets I have. I use parchment paper on both. Get these, you won't be disappointed. I have 8 currently and I am purchasing 2 more, which is what spurred me to make this review.
