Complaint/ Question/
Zapper seem to be working, but in about four uses the bulbs went out. I don't know exactly where to go to get a replacement-I have written to the company but got no response-Such a short time seems very unusual for a fluorescent bulb to burn out, especially considering the unit was new… Very disappointed and puzzled

Unsatisfied
I plugged it in and it lit up for a short time, then sometime later the light began to flicker and finally just stopped working. I haven't had the time to call to make the return so I'll probably get my money back and shop for one at another store.
