Assembly was really easy and simple. It comes with a like plastic stencil to mark where you'll be placing the screws. fits a few different sized handles/sticks. Nothing has ever fallen out of any of the grips and handles/sticks are easy to put in and take out.

Seems to be well built. It was easy to install.

Easy to install and holds all of my mops and brooms perfectly.

I bought this for brooms, mops, etc. The rollers make it a little harder to insert the handle but will get used to the pressure needed to insert them and expect they will loosen over time. In past have had the rubber type but found they stretched over time. Also bought this because of the retractable hooks. By varying the height of my items I can hang all items in a very small space.

Nice and sturdy, I have only had it up a couple of weeks. Hopefully, it will stay sturdy over time.

Easy to install and durable. It is a little tough to remove the handles of the brooms but hoping that will loosen up once we have used it more.

We are very pleased with this purchase. It grips and holds different size handles without any problem. Very sturdy . Holds my broom, mop, and even my heavy carpet sweeper without any of them sliding. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because its harder to push skinny handles into the slots.
