This item has no directions, nor does it have a basket, drip tray. The only thing inside oven was a handle for basket. Not impressed at all.
It doesn't come with a brand name on it like the picture exhibits, the function knobs tells you nothing and the barely understandable instruction pamphlet is useless. You just have to figure it out as you go. I like clear instructions. Says it has a removable crumb tray, but I can't figure that out, it looks cheaply made. I have 30 days so I will try it out. The only upside I see is that it's extremely spacious. It needs a better instruction manual. Oh, it only came in the brown shipping box, I'm use to items being sent in the original box which is then put in a brown shipping box.
