HoMedics 50 Pack Disposable Face Masks, 3-ply Elastic Ear Loop Filter Mask

They came in a plastic bag with certification and origin of China. Package seemed delayed, but came in about a week. Water does not penetrate the front or interior.

Previously I gave these face mask one star and a bad review. I mistakenly confused these mask with another brand I had ordered. Being a Liver transplant patient I need to be a little picky about the mask I buy. More so with Covid 19.These mask are just fine,actually they're very good. Fit snug as a bug and I am about to order two more boxes.

Product was as expected. Although I thought they might have been wrapped and boxed, they were clean and securely wrapped in some sort of plastic or cellophane. Also, they were pricey for regular face masks but all companies are raising their prices on a product that used to cost less than a dollar.

Fits great from bridge of nose to under chin! Comfortable breathing, even during Long Island summer’s hot and humid weather. Molds over bridge of nose which prevents my eyeglasses from fogging. I wish they were washable because I feel badly throwing it out after one day’s use.

I bought this due to state requirements of wearing masks in public areas. The masks seems better than most. I like the nose pinch. I performed the water drop test and the water simply rolled off the mask. Not sure if that is because of the material or if they spray the material with something to make it water repellant. If the latter is the case then a bit concerning since the mask is pressed against your face thus you are breathing in the material from the mask. I also performed the flame blow test and it passed. The downside is that it is big for my face; for reference I am an adult female of average size. I know the HoMedics name and trust they did their due diligence when sourcing this product. Otherwise, I would not have paid the obscene price for 50 masks. I believe the mask is made in China.

Fits well, breathing ok, have confidence that it is as good a a mask of this type could be. Gave it a 4 because it does irritate my sensitive skin a little, but I still would wear it and buy it again.

The masks came in a sealed plastic package. They are not US made, which does not bother me. So far, I have used 4 masks and they seem very sturdy around the ear loops. I examined where the mask and ear loops are connected and it looks to be well made, unlike some of the previous reviews mentioned. Quick shipping as well. I would purchase again.

The order filled promptly and I have previously been satisfied with all my HoMedics purchases. I view them as a local company which I am fond of supporting. I wish the order form would have listed Country Of Origin information as it would have influenced my purchase. These shipped as generic bundles of masks with no HoMedics branding or assurance of quality. I will keep them in the car in case I forget to grab something better before heading to the store ... but to be honest, I feel that I was duped.

I ordered this face mask last month because the Homedics website indicated the masks came in a box with each mask individually wrapped. We have a nine-year-old who will return to school and will need to wear a mask. We plan to send him wearing a mask in the morning and wanted to pack a clean, individually wrapped mask in his backpack just in case he need it. I received them today (May 7) and the masks are not individually wrapped. They are in a plastic bag. I am truly disappointed with the false advertisement.

Problem: The ear loop elastic breaks away from the mask. Frequency of at least one out of every 3 masks. Totally unacceptable for a product that is already questionable in its ability to provide protection with substandard packaging and no verifiable documentation - As an RN medical health provider ordering from an established brick and mortar medical supply co, I expected a more reliable experience.
