It is very powerful and feels wonderful on sore, achy areas that have been overworked. Two straps can be attached to each side of the massager with an easy twist motion. The vibrator itself is charged via a USB cord and plug—all needed attachments come with this unit. There are three speeds on this: light, medium, and vibrations so hard I feel it in my entire back. It's incredibly relaxing to say the least. If you use the straps you can sit down (or lay) and completely control the strength and pressure of the device. It's awesome how I don't need anyone to help me get a good massage. Your legs and arms fit in the crevice of this device, and the bilateral ball shape of the massager makes it perfect for getting both sides of the spine and flank area. It also conveniently fits on both sides of your neck. Overall, this is very versatile, relaxing, and allows for you to independently get a great massage all on your own. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager is amazing! I love it because it works and my husband loves it because I am no longer begging him to massage my sore muscles. I was skeptical about trying this because I have not had luck with electric massagers in the past. Other massagers have either felt too spastic or given me nausea. This massager vibrates at three different speeds and all three work for me. It is easy to switch between the speeds by pressing the power button so you can get the perfect vibration for each area. The strap makes it effortless to move the massager around your body and reach all of your parts. I can even reach the bottom of my feet and all the way down my back without any contortions! The strap is very comfortable to hold and allows the user a lot of control. There is absolutely nothing that I don't like about this massager. It is durable and very high quality. It comes out of the box ready to use immediately with a fully charged battery. All you have to do it attach the straps and press the power button. I was using it within 2 minutes of unpacking the box and that included reading the directions. There is a wall charger to recharge the battery, but I haven't had to use that yet. When not in use, everything stores in a nice zipper case. Very highly recommended!

It fits perfectly behind the next and some with straps to make it easy to hold behind the neck. It has 3 settings of intensity. Its very nice on the legs after leg day ir being on your feet all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Positives of this product are first the shape of it for areas like your thighs, calves, arms and shoulders. The ease of changing speeds and the variability of the speed and intensity of the massage. The negatives are the straps they are quite difficult to get secured in place and they are a bit awkward to use to make the device effective for your back. I did fine success with placing it behind me on a chair to use on my lower back. Hoping there is a learning curve and I will find more success as I continue to use it.
