I wish I hadn't waited so long to return. Very uncomfortable. The balls push too hard and the fabric is thin so it's not relaxing at all. Now it sits here and I never want to use it.

I wanted it to be great! I tried to convince myself it was, however I purchased it for $30 so keep that in mind. You get what you pay for. If you just want something I add a little niceness to your office chair that gives you the back rub of a toddler that is giving zero effort into the massage then this is the product for you! If you have legit back pain and neck pain and are wanting just the tiniest glimpse of relief from tears and pain. then this is not the product for you.

When turned on it produces an annoying rhythmic snapping noise. Also, the upper section/mid to upper back part of the massage does not appear to function. I would like to return it.

After finally getting product not even 30 mins owning it it had a default in the product. call to cancel. such a hassle homedics I have always thought as a good product but this one was not the case the portion you sit on was very cheaply made not surdy at all and had a knocking in the product itself like a roller coaster going up the climb walmart got my returning going fast. becareful to check your items and read .
