HoMedics Massage Comfort Cushion with Heat, Integrated Control for Back

I have had several of these back massagers and this one is the best! I am on my feet all day at work so by the time I get home my back is really hurting. I use this product every day and have a spare when this one wears out. I got one for my daughter and my mom. Best product, best value!

Purchased the Comfort Cushion with heat for my husband and it has helped relieve the pain in his back a great deal. He especially likes the heat feature and the fact that the cushion can be used in the home and in the car.

Purchased this about a month ago and like it a lot. Had one before for many years and it had a hand held remote, just wore it out with using it all the time. I can't be without one.

This is my second Hometics seat cushion. The first died after 12 yrs of steady service--cant ask for more than that. Excellent quality and I wouldn't be without it!

I've been using this for about a week throughout the day, every day (I'm retired) in my recliner and I always use the heat and massage at first. After that, it's a very comfortable back rest. I get instant relief from it. The automatic shutoff is a good feature. I only have two negative things to say: 1. The instructions are for 2 buttons and there are 3. They do more than listed in the enclosed manual and I had to use "trial and error" to figure them out. 2. The buttons are placed in the pad which forces me to lean far to the left to use. I am not a large person so I don't think my size is an issue. The "control pad" could have been placed in a corded remote control with easier access. Other than these two negatives, the product is excellent in quality and build. I just wish the instructions and the design for the controller were better.

I use this several times a day, and it helps with my back pain a lot. There are two massage settings and one heat setting. It's a little hard to figure out at first since you can't see the buttons while in use but once you figure that out it's a solid massage seat. Shuts off after 15 minutes, which is shorter than my previous massage pillow, so sometimes I turn it right back on. Would have been nice if you could customize your shut off time, or if it had a few more settings, so I'm not giving it the full 5 stars.

IT WORKS GOOD FOR LOWER BACK STRAINED MUSCLES, WITH THE HEAT OPTION. IT LOOSEN THEM UP AND RELAXES YOU. HAS CAR ADAPTER ALSO, WITH IS A GOOD FEATURE.

I had been using a different cushion which did not last very long so I decided to try this one. I'm not accustomed to it shutting off every 15 minutes but I believe it will be better for the cushion lasting longer. I am satisfied with it. I need something that will be good for my very sore back. So far so good.

Can not use as just a heating pad - heat only works with the vibration setting on. Sometimes it is just heat that is needed. Should have done more research or paid a bit more - thought this would have been a great find for the money - but sadly I was mistaken

The back just came up to the bottom of my shoulder blades. I'm only 5' 9" tall. Did not cover the area of my back that I wanted it to. Returned the item. Excellent service dealing with Wal-Mart.
