The Homedics Thera-P Percussion Massager is fantastic! This is a great self-care tool and we all love it! The massager is easy to hold with its ergonomic design, its fits comfortably in your hand. The massager has variable intensity and is great for working out knots in your muscles. The deep Kneading shiatsu massage head feels amazing and really helps loosen up tight muscles. We love this massager and higher recommend it!

Helps improve circulation and soften tissue. Feels best on large muscles after a good workout. The attachments offer different percussion for different parts of your body which all feel great. I have chronic back and neck pain and tightness. This thing has the ability to get through tight muscles and work them back to normal. Feels phenomenal on neck, shoulders, back straps, and bottoms of your feet.

This handheld percussion massager was great for hitting those hard to relieve muscle aches, whether on myself or someone else. It is a bit heavy and awkwardly large. With 5 days a week in the gym, I often have muscle aches and pains that are just too sensitive for anyone else to massage out. This lets me apply just the right amount of pressure and speed of percussion for my achy muscles. So glad we decided to go with this product. Between my husband and I, we use this hand held massager every day.

good massage has a variable intensity you can adjust up or down depending on your preference it has a auto program button which for a variable intensity pulsing massage on/off button it will also shut off in 15 of use as a safety precaution I would recommend this product for your use

When I first removed this from the box, I admit I was disappointed. It’s heavy, and seems more like a medieval torture device than a pain reliever. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and after years of avoiding treatment I have significant nerve damage and muscle strength loss so I wasn’t sure if I’d even be able to hold this for more than a minute or two. It has a multiple range of speeds, and if you had someone to help you I imagine it would feel wonderful on a sore, tired, achy back. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to hold it and get to any part of my back but it felt wonderful on my calves after work! The handle only vibrates with it very minimally. You hardly even notice. I was all set to box it up and shove it to the back of the linen closet when my husband spotted it. He is absolutely in love with it. He works 12 hour shifts on his feet with an hour commute each way. He uses it on his thighs which have significantly reduced his nighttime leg cramps, and actually went to sleep while I was using it to massage his lower back. It’s not super noisy, but has a large head so it’s not whisper quiet either. Needless to say, it now has a place of honor on the nightstand on his side of the bed.

This is the best purchase I have ever made for back and neck pain or any type of muscle pain, the and affordable the cord it is very Long It is a little bit heavy but it doesn’t make my arm tired after one use of it I feel a big difference on my back, I would definitely recommend this product.

My wife has intermittent lower back pain, I got this hoping to help her deal with it. She says it helps, and that she likes it better than our other one. The massage head is covered by something that looks like nylon webbing similar to womens' hosiery, I'm a little concerned how that material will hold up long-term. But for now, she gives it FIVE STARS !!!

It doesn't have heat like advertised, but it still is very soothing. I like how the balls actually roll around when it's in use so it helps work out stiff muscles. It also is much more gentle than some other massagers. I would recommend this or get as a gift for family or friends.

Homedics Shiatsu handheld massager works great but there is no heat. However this massager works fantastic without it. Your instructed to only use it for 15 minutes at a time to prevent overheating the unit. Use constant motion and do not concentrate on one area. I feel that it works better over clothing or a sheet. It is very hard to hang on to unless you grab it around the round base. Controls are easy to use and the auto program varies the motion of the fingers. Made in China.

The massager is pretty good for soothing sore muscles. It has a couple different settings, so you can choose how fast it vibrates. The balls do not move around like a massage chair does so it will be a repetative vibration in one spot. It is handheld and relatively small so you can massage yourself with it. It definitely feels good ! You will probably need a partner to get your back muscles though. But it is a nice tool to relieve a sore muscle!
