I've never had a monitor with Bluetooth, but I love the fact that it's connected to the Homedics Health app, which keeps track of your readings and lets you know what you should do, if your reading is high; it actually talks. I like the fact that it comes with an extra large cuff, batteries and a storage case, which I also never had with my previous monitors in years past. It comes with a 5yr limited warranty, but I was also able to purchase an extra 3yr warranty from Walmart, as I usually like to do on mechanical items.

It is simple to use. I would prefer it not to talk to me. I don't need my patient to hear the commentary. I imagine that it will simply run the battery down quicker.

i have purchased in the past different blood pressure machines. This one is by far the best, accurate i did a comparison and informational. Highly recommended 👌

Really pleased with this BP monitor. Both of my grandparents struggle with HBP and with them being older, it is harder for them to take a manual BP. I thought this would benefit them tremendously in taking measurements regularly and making things a little easier for them. This has definitely made measuring and recording BP mischief easier for them and I love the convenience of being able to use this from home. I also really love that it comes in a convenient little storage/travel pouch for safe keeping.

We like this 500 series upper arm Blood Pressure Monitor from Homedics. We have another brand monitor but what we like about this one is it actually a voice out guide, has irregular heartbeat detector, smart measure inflation technology, Bluetooth wireless technology (we don't use that). Keeps track for two users. Comes with one size soft arm cuff fits most arms 9" to 17" but you can purchase a xl cuff for 17" to 22" separately. It has a large easy to read display. I'm not sure if home blood pressure monitors are 100% accurate, but I think they come close and are good enough to monitor at home and if there seems to be a concern then you can make a Dr appt. We use this almost daily.

Full featured, up price ranged, but—- no power supply available- battery only! Really? I purchased this as a gift for an older, vision impaired relative because he was having problems reading hi BP on his current, older machine —. Now he only has to worry about the correct polarity when installing replacement batteries ! A little better I guess.

I purchased this BP machine with the hopes of it being accurate. I was wrong. This BP machine reads consistently high. I have also read several other reviews that state the same problem. My advice would be to switch over to another brand instead.

Unit read 15-25 points HIGH on systolic and 10-20 points high on diastolic. Multiple RNs compared, using multiple manual BP cuffs. Comparisons made over course of 20 days.

went to hospital cause of numbers extreme risk numbers. Bp was normal. Returned
