My first purchase and contact with HIS has been excellent. The 3 sets of shutters arrived quickly & look wonderful. One set had been drilled & repackaged to me. After a real person contact of HIS, a replacement set was set with no problem at all. Stellar company, will order more shutters soon.

EZ to install. Six pair went up in about 2 hrs. Big improvement on this boring house. :+1::skin-tone-3: prices. I did my research. Gotta pinch a penny. :eyes: nickel where you can.

quick %26 easy install
shipped quickly, easily installed (proper hardware was included!) looks okay. better than what blew away in a hurricane total install time ~ 60 minutes (ground floor, time includes removal of old shudders) tools required: drill w/bit, (torpedo) level and hammer (i used the included spikes)

Bad Business for customers
Received a4.5 in wide instead of 12 wide that I ordered. Also charged shipping when I thought was to be free! Walmart is beginng to be a mess lately Took me 2 trips to pick up last order and was told first date they had it next day. When I returned following day, they didn't have order. I had to go in store unexpectedly and redo my order! Can't count on Walmart anymore!

Wrong size again!
This company has twice sent the wrong width of shutters! I paid shipping first time and thought it was honest mistake. Second time is insane! Shutters are hard to find but this is ridiculous! Now I have to drag these boxes back to Walmart and still have no shutters!

Not at all happy with this company. We were sent the wrong shutters 3 times and still don't have the correct ones we ordered to this date, with the incorrect ones still sitting on our porch awaiting pickup.
