The sutters are well made, with the necessary installment tools, and were easy to put up. They really changed the look of my house. I think they made the house look a lot better. I love them!

shipped quickly, easily installed (proper hardware was included!) looks okay. better than what blew away in a hurricane total install time ~ 60 minutes (ground floor, time includes removal of old shudders) tools required: drill w/bit, (torpedo) level and hammer (i used the included spikes)

This is exactly what I want. However I ordered the wrong size. Will I be able to return these at a store near me?

I love the shutters but they did not send enough fasteners to put the up. There was a pair in each box but only enough hardware to put up one shutter for each window. My contractor called to report the error and he has to take pictures of the shutters and missing pieces and hopefully I will get the hardware to do the job I am disappointed as now it will cost me twice as much to install my shutters--another house call to get the one job done. And that is only if you come through and send me the missing parts.

Received a4.5 in wide instead of 12 wide that I ordered. Also charged shipping when I thought was to be free! Walmart is beginng to be a mess lately Took me 2 trips to pick up last order and was told first date they had it next day. When I returned following day, they didn't have order. I had to go in store unexpectedly and redo my order! Can't count on Walmart anymore!
