A good quality for plastic
These fit my needs for a quick shutter replacement . The sizing was accurate, the material paintable and they arrived well packaged and on time. These were also the most reasonably priced shutters .

31 IN TALL IS TOO SMALL!!
ITEM SEEMS TOO BE OF GOOD QUALITY BUT HAVE TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. WILL RE-ORDER LARGER SIZE.

Unhappy
When my 2 smaller pairs arrived, they were discolored. Supposed to be white. Not so, an eggshell color. I addressed this with customer service. Told I need the boxes. Said, I don't have them. I recycled them after opening in my garage. It was trash day. Perfect I thought. But no, they won't take responsibility for their products. Basically end of story. I'm so disgusted. I've been in retail and customer service for 45 years. So if they want to loose a customer over a piece of 2 cent plastic, so be it. I'll just be reminded every time I look at them not matching the rest and the terrible experience I had with these people. Thanks a lot for zero help.
