Good for the price
Solid structure. Hardware works. Instructions adequate. Some cracked pieces on underneath side , but nothing structural, not noticeable once together. Had some extra hardware when done. Had together quickly and easily. Was happy with final product.

Love it!!
Lovely piece of furniture. A few flaws and scratches that I need to fix. East enough to out together. Read instructions carefully and check that all the parts are included. Would give it 5 stars but wasn't happy with the scratches.

Lovely piece
This piece is located near my entry. It's perfect. There were some scratches that had to be touched up, but that was an easy fix. All the hardware was labeled and organized. Easy to assemble.

Storage bench
This Entry way Storage Bench is of great quality and looks amazing. My husband really likes it and really complimented it... Took him and my brother in law about an hour to put it together.

Decent storage bench!
Heavy, attractive, functional piece. Emits a chemical odor for several days after unpacking and assembly. I changed door hardware to match other pieces in the room. Glossy black handle pulls were easily swapped out.

Almost, But Not Quite
This unit is what we were looking for in an entryway bench, and the cushion, while not thick, is firm and well made. The method of assembly, bolts with threaded inserts, makes for a sturdy unit when finished. However, this requires precise workmanship to ensure that all holes line up. This precision was sadly lacking and the assembly process was harder than it needed to be. But the most irksome lack of workmanship was that the screw holes for the two door handles were drilled about 1/2 inch off-center so that the handle on each door is not certered over the vertical cross piece. It just looks odd. (You can actually see this in the display photos.)

I am just sick about this cheap horrible bench.
This horrible bench came covered in scratches, the finish is absolutely horrendous. I have been pretty satisfied with Hayneedle until now. This is the last straw
