this was much sturdier than I was expecting and looks really nice. I used it in my main bedroom closet and I liked it so much that I am thinking of buying more for other closets but it would work great in a family room or kids room as well

This bookshelf was so easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s very sturdy and the drawers pull out nicely. It was really easy to anchor as well. It looks beautiful in my playroom.

It is well packaged so the pieces come looking good, no scratches or dents. Some of the assembly instructions were a little off (picture had a line on the wood wrong in relation to the nail and one shelf didn’t instruct you to add a screw but you could figure out since a hole was empty, and the instructions for the “g” bracket didn’t exactly tell you which direction to place it) but other than that, the shelf looks nice and seems sturdy based on the extra brackets and materials (not cardboard like some shelf backings I’ve seen) all the holes align nicely. I assume it’s some sort of composite material but every edge is covered in white and looks nice.

We LOVE this toy organizer that’s the perfect size for our living room. We only just wished we would have bought this sooner! Easy to assemble by one person, This brand is incredible for easy to read written assembly instructions. I highly recommend purchasing not only this product but any others by this brand as well if you want easy to assemble sturdy furniture.

It was damaged/scratched on 4 or 5 of the boards

Was nervous about the overall quality of this storage piece but for the price it’s actually pretty good. Assembly was not bad but make sure to thoroughly read the instructions because they can be misleading. Only took about an hour to put together. Seems pretty sturdy but not sure how long the paint or stability of the unit will last with everyday use. The cubbies are very deep so it can hold a lot. We are using it for our daughter’s play room so it works out good to keep items in her reach but also out of reach. Some of the wooden connector pegs were broken but thankfully they include extras. Unfortunately, they do NOT include enough stickers to cover the hardware so be strategic where you place them. We covered where daughter could reach so she did not mess with or touch the hardware holding the unit together. Backing boards definitely need the extra support pieces otherwise it bows out. Looks aesthetically pleasing other than exposed hardware due to lack of stickers. Hoping this item will hold up for long term use. Great deal for the sale price especially for the size of this unit. Minor nicks on panels assuming from packaging and delivery but not horrible. This unit is versatile in many ways for storage! I would recommend this item for the sale price especially and hopefully they will include extra hardware cover stickers in the future! I have attached some photos of the damages but not all. Deeper scrapes that were painted over on the sides and top panels!

I had a hard time putting the top on as I was all by myself putting it together, so I unassembled part of it to get the top on and finished assemly. Not a problem then. Second, for me is that I wish the shelves are 12" height as a lot of the items I want to put on it are 11" tall. Otherwise, Just a great product. I will buy another if the need should arise.

I was so disappointed when I was finally ready to assemble my bookcase only to discover that none of the hardware had been included! I hope someone is able to ship this out to me very, very quickly so that I can get this assembled in the available window of time that I have right now.

I love this item but only giving a 2 because I am missing a part. Received 2 of the same instead of 2 different. I was supposed to hear back in 48 hours and all I got was crickets. Option given were to return only. I just needed one part. The weight of the item is 117 lbs. I already had it all together except for the one part. I was not about to take it all apart and box it up to send back Customer service nonexistent because you cannot speak to a person at all, just deal with the bot that does not understand what a human speaks, or types like. We don't have the perfect bot language to make it understand what is needed. Thank goodness I have an inventive son-in- law who figure out a solution! It's been over a week and still have not had any kind of respnse!

It came missing one big piece! Very disappointing since I was midway building it. I called Walmart and they said they will email me. I hope they do if not I’ll have to return it
