Let's be real about what we're spending and what we should expect to receive. It costs near as much to take a family of four to Chili's. It's manufactured particle board, but it looks nice and adds storage space. The box was banged to heck but there was lots of styrofoam and no damage to product. It comes with extra nuts and screws - nice. READ and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, and look for the little written tips. It took me and my husband about 2 hours to put together. The hinges have two screws on each that help adjust the gaps of the doors - see pic. If you read directions thoroughly, you will find this info. Is it perfect? No. Did I spend $1000 on a hutch? No. It's great for what it costs.

Heavy box. I live on the top floor of an apartment. Fed ex left it at the bottom. So make sure you have muscle to lift it into your place. The cabinet was easy to put together. You will need a Phillips screw driver and a flat or a drill on low impact. I am a 39 year old female and I put this together myself. It took me from 8pm till midnight in between cooking dinner and caring for my kids to put the bottom half together. The top half took an hour the next morning. It is definitely worth the effort.

This is a nice hutch with a very reasonable price. Assembly is not all that easy but can be accomplished if you take your time and follow the instructions. Manipulating the various parts may require an extra set of hands. The instructions consist of numbered pictures which are mostly clear but some pictures are a bit confusing. In particular, the hinge installation must be studied a bit before you proceed. At first glance all the hinges look identical but there are two different hinges. There are two packages and you should not open them both at the same time. If you mix them up, you will have a problem. The package is quite heavy. I was unable to lift it so I needed to open it up where the driver left it and bring the parts inside a few at a time. I recommend this product and would buy it again. If you are not handy with a screw driver you might consider paying for a pro to assemble it for you.

I am very pleased with this item. It was exactly what I needed. I purchased two cabinets, one was delivered one day the other the next day. The first one had no instructions and I got a little worried. The second one came with instructions and my husband and I assembled it with no problems. Every thing was precise. Very happy with my purchase

It was easy to assemble and looks great. I wish I would've gotten a bigger size but this is nice and I love how the outlet is there to use. The wooden touch looks amazing. Doors can snap back so be aware they are not soft closing but obviously if you close slowly it works out perfectly. The drawers are nice and glide through great.

I enjoyed putting this together. I didnt notice any defects until I had it all put together. Two separate door panels were bent, creating a fine crack. A third door accent piece was sticking out slightly but with some wood glue it stayed in place.

I have previously purchased a few cabinets for my living room to store the kids toys in. When we decided we needed additional storage I was happy to find a matching cupboard. Delivery was quick, received within the 2 days as promised. Assembly did not take long and had easy to follow instructions, was completed within maybe 4 hours with the help of a couple toddlers. My issue is the peg holes to hold the shelving in place seem to be cut funny so the pegs are not tightly fitting making the shelves a bit wobbly and I'm afraid to put much weight on them to avoid them falling, especially when it was purchased to hold the kids games/arts and crats. My other gripe is the giant eye sore in the middle of the open area. There's a round cut out which is conveniently not showing in the main image, of course it's dead center so eyes go directly to it. I do love that it has power, however please consider making the plug flat on future models as it has to stick out further than desired from the wall.

Three of the cabinet doors were cracked where they “pre-drilled” for the door handles. Which looks terrible AND weakens the durability of the handles. Would have given better review if 3 of the 6 doors weren't cracked

We are assembling it now but it came with a defect that I hope works out because I don't want to send it back. The box is ruined and it is so heavy.

I love it but the reason I gave it a 1 star is because two of the doors were cracked;(
