I was pretty hesitant since some of the reviewers had issues. But I just received this dog crate yesterday and built it this morning and it’s absolutely *perfect*. It came with every piece, and some extra screws and stuff incase you lose any. Nothing was damaged. The size measurements were accurate. I have a medium size dog (Shar Pei mix breed) but feel like I could comfortably put a larger dog in the space (like a lab). I will report back if it has any problems in a few months but as of right now, I love it and would definitely recommend buying! (The doors do just close with a drop down latch, so I did buy tiny cheap locks to hook on just incase, but my dog is pretty mild tempered and I don’t think I’ll need them!) And it is extremely heavy (so move it with a friend!) And it did take a couple hours to assemble by myself but the instructions were straight forward and was no more difficult than your average ikea furniture !

Very sturdy and durable. 29 steps of instructions. Would recommend an electric drill but it is not required. Be sure organize all the parts prior to starting and take it one step at a time. Don’t attempt advance steps prior to completing the prior. Take your time and USE THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Do not attempt to eyeball this assembly. Pay close attention to placement taking extra care to ensure the your assembly matches the instruction photos. You will have 1 extra screw for each type provided. I believe this is done to ensure that you have everything you need for assembly. Keep all of your materials well organized.

This deluxe “crate” works perfectly for our two small-medium size doggies. They were a little skeptical at first about getting in, but have now well adapted to it. Well made and look great in any room, so much better than the wire crates we were using. Definitely recommend this furniture dog crate!

This is for our old girl who has severe anxiety during storms and thunder. This crate furntiture is beautiful. We have a large, chunky black lab (xxl sweater sized) , and she fits perfectly and comfortably. she can stand up and turn around without issues.the space the crate is sitting in is around 54 inches from fireplace to door frame. doors , drawers and latches are functional. it looks and has function just like furniture and we dont feel like we have a big ugly kennel in the living room anymore. im going to buy another one for the bedroom ,but a different color!

I have owned these for months. I love them, and I did struggle building them I don’t think I’m the best, I also think I had a baby who wanted the be held. I do have 5 dogs, I bought 4, and will attach a photo of how good they look together.

I've received lots of compliments. It is a beautiful piece of solid furniture...not flimsy. The instructions went well until we got to the door install. We had the locks upside down but it was easy to fix. I recommend having two people put it together. 1st dog 15lbs, 2nd dog 21lbs plenty of room.

Fits 2 small dogs puppy will be able to get out

This item is really nice. We have a small living room so we needed something this size . I would recommend this kennel I would say for small medium dogs. Assembly was pretty easy if you have assembled anything from ikea or target it’s basically the same

Look beautiful, fits perfectly color wise and size wise. Assembling was easy as long as you follow the directions properly, had no mistakes. The image makes it seem like the area for the dogs is larger but it’s a bit smaller than expected, good for small dogs.

Product will not stay together. Parts keep falling off. I’ve had several of these fall off after assembly. They do not stay on and when you put it together and stand it up and these fall off you are back to square one again.
