Best purchase I've made this year. Extra countertop space. Cabinets and drawers for extra storage. Made of press board and metal. * It takes two or more people to put it together.* The bars are too far apart to hold a smaller cat, but it keeps my big kitty in. The cage fits a large litter box, a queen size pillow, and a big kitty. Keep in mind that litter will get kicked out of two sides if you don't have a high sided litterbox. Two gates for easy access when I need to clean the litterbox. My cat absolutely LOVES this cage. I leave the gate open and he comes and goes when he wants to. The latches can be flicked opened if you have a super smart kitty, so I use a little lock and keep it unlocked at night or when we're not home🔓. That being said: if your cat is small, super active, high energy, uses a short litterbox, and doesn't like being in a crate... this is not the cage for you. But large lazy cats that love the security of being in a box, this is the one.

We had our dog's black crate sitting in the area we placed this piece. It always felt untidy, the space around it was wasted. Now it looks neat and beautiful. Blends well with the decor of our home. The crate area is actually larger than our old one. You have to organize the parts and take your time assembling. My husband's very handy and patient, took 2-3 hours to assemble. Arrived intact, no missing parts or damage. Love it.

This crate is beautiful, my pup loves it and it looks great in our TV room. I love the storage, all his toys and treats are all nicely tucked away. We even have started keeping a bag of his food inside the storage area. If you have a pup and value organization, get this crate.

After searching and searching for a furniture dog crate I deciced to buy this one. putting it together was a challenged but its worth it. very nice peace of furniture and my French Bulldog can stretch completely when sleep. I recommend it.

We love this cabinet. Went together really quickly with two people. Everything works as it should we did but a snap for the closure because I know our dog will figure out how to open it.

This item is very large in size. I got this for my two Shi tzu dogs (sisters from the same mister). They are about 10 pounds a piece. We have never crated them but we recently moved and our condominium requires dogs to be crated for maintenance to enter the dwelling. My two sons assembled this in a couple of hours. Yes, the holes do not line up perfectly but this wasn't much of an issue. The material is smooth. I placed my dogs food bowl, toys, and dog bed inside. I want them to feel safe inside before I shut the door. We are keeping the largest door open, so they can come and go. Today one of my girls was laying on the dog bed. Eventually they will feel safe enough for me to close the door. We are calling it their bedroom. I am concerned about the floor of the kennel bubbling up if one of the girls potties on it. Most kennel flooring is not made from fake wood.

Almost everything is great about this crate. It's very cute and sturdy but I have to give it a low review because the latch is very easy to open. The second time my dog was in it she was able to get out by reaching her arm through the bar and flinging it up. Idk if others have had this problem but id say it's a pretty big one if the whole idea of the piece of furniture is to keep a dog inside. That's the only flaw and I'd recommend it to everyone if there was a different latch.

Let's start off worse instructions ever had to put something together, I have professional put furniture together and took me 3 hours to get it done to find that it will never fit a large dogs, the wood crumbles as I stood it up, biggest waste of $ ever! Then return was nightmare they held my refund for 3 weeks till fed ex came made me wait home all day to pick up, then they made you wait till fed ex brings back to Walmart center, then 3 weeks to refund! Walmart customer service was HORRIBLE!! Will never order again online
