We received total three boxes as expected but no where written which box has the instruction manual. It would be great if that's mentioned somewhere. But good, helpful clear direction provided and faced no issues while assembling.

I love the look in my room, comfortable seating. Only problem, the lighting under the bottom, was difficult to apply

It's in my spare room, which I turned into a little art deco den and the lights on the bottom are perfect. They just it's just the coolest den you've ever seen.

I absolutely love the couch Love the customer service they helped me with a problem that I had and it's really well built however the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's supposed to be a gray couch and when I received it and took off the covering it turned out to be a blue jean couch instead of gray but I like it so I'm going to keep it

Not as easy to assemble but instructions were easy to understand. Good for small space. The light was a cool touch

assembly very difficult, instructions unclear. sofa cushions are rock-hard, very uncomfortable. back also too hard and 90° upright position uncomfortable. the slide-out feature does work correctly and is useful, as is the storage space. our 6' grandson can stretch out on it (at a kitty-corner angle).

came shipped and is missing several entire pieces to it. canceled assembly and have yet to get a refund for that and was told walmart booked that service that i canceled. i'm stuck with half a couch in a brand new apartment and needed sleep so now I have nowhere to sleep.

I order a chaise lounge sleeper sofa %26 unfortunately, it wsnt what i expected. It was much smaller than i hope tor %26 the quality was far from what i expected. BUUUUT, one thing I must say is, their customer service was actually excellent. They responded to EVERY SINGLE E-MAIL that I sent %26 in a very, very timely matter (within 24 hours %26 sometimes less), I must add). Although "WALMART" said that it was unreturnable, I reached out to the seller %26 they were willing to allow me to return it "ON THEM" but the boxes they came in were broken %26 crushed %26 i cldnt find an boxes big enough to fit the furniture back in. But their customer service was so great, they issued a refunf, anyways. All in all, i don't have much to say about their furniture bcuz truthfully, it was waaaay less than what i was expecting but their customer service is/was A STELLAR.

The add online showed the couch having leather looking arm rests and leather pockets it also said the couch was able to seat four with a pullout bed I mean if your living in a doll house it would be perfect for that but as far as the size of it it's a joke and it doesn't even look like the ad for it at all the size is very tiny for like a playhouse not actual furniture for adult use per say I am very disappointed in the price and the way that the description looks and states it isn't anything like the one that I thought I was buying at all and personally I feel like I some type of reimbursement is very highly called for on this one it is basically the same as false advertisement and I honestly can't help but to laugh I still feel like what I did receive was a joke or prank I'm hoping it is one of those two considering I done gave my old couch away before I put this one together so now I'm having to go and buy another couch and another chair

after putting it together, the was no remote, so the is no use using the lights that cane with it. the brackets on one armrest was upside down, which made it a little frustrating trying to put it together. it took me 7 hours just to put both chaises and the couch together, which left me with the pull out part of the couch. it would have been nice if it came with set up along with the delivery. i did not see that as an option.
