easy to set up and use, worked great, caught 6 squirrels and took them down the road to release them.

this was perfect size for catching small oppossium. probably 3 or 4 mos old. received the trap, set it up same nite n we caught the critter.

Arrived ahead of time which pleased me, and was exact;y what I ordered.

Maybe it was me since my hands are arthritic but I did have a hard time putting the u shape wire through the door to keep it shut. Then putting in the bait was also tricky. Otherwise I put it out and caught the rat within a few hours. If you don't have arthritis then it would be just fine.

Works well for squirrel, doesn't stress the animals for safe removal. The bait tray is a little steep angle to put dry or small baits. I put peanuts for squirrels spread them out so that the squirrels have to go to the back of cage and trip. used it to remove a half dozen so far.

It's fairly well made, easy and secure, but smaller on the inside than expected. So, it's good for smaller animals.

This trap is of poor quality. I have one similar that did not work properly. That is why I purchased the one pictured; but was disappointed to receive this piece of crap. I had one as pictured but over the years of use it finally broke. I will return it to the store and hope to find one that works.
