Love it! A great size for my puppy. The only thing is one of the top latch need more force to lock and unlock.

The crate was easy to assemble once i figured how to unhook the little latches that held it together. Took less than 5 minutes. So far so good.

a thinner metal than I thought it would be.. Really like the fact that it has 2 doors, easy set up. Purchased the 36 inch...room for my 4 month old Weimaraner

It wasn't as “sturdy” as I'd hoped. It's ok, but it is made of thinner materials.

The price was right. Speed of delivery was okay. Took a bit longer than I thought it would…it's a nice size, pretty easy to put together, sturdy enough, especially for the price but not if you have a dog that is going to rough house. I'd buy it again

The crate works as advertised. Kind of a problem was the page of instructions was trapped in the folded crate, so much so that I had to tear it to shreds to get it out, and tape the dozens of peaces back together, only to find that the instructions made very little sense. And had to figure out how to unfold it, for myself, which took about 20–30 minutes. Aside from that, it works great. When ever it comes time to figure out how to collapse it, that will probably take about as long.

The bars are a lot smaller than the cage I bought for my other dog that I bought through a petco. It just doesn't feel as substantial, as the other one. It is ok for a smaller dog. But I wouldn't trust it for a big strong dog.

My puppy escaped from it the first night. And then again when I tried to leave her home with the other dogs. So she still comes with me and only sleeps in it. So not the strongest of kennels and would need major reinforcement if the dog was determined to get out.

The material used in this particular kennel is substandard at best. Within first week, the bars were bending and the structure itself is weak. I came home to my dog loose in my home and the front panel had collapsed into to kennel. Would not recommend this particular product to friends or family.

Crate bottom was punctured when received, I needed the crate immediately so could not return %26 has a broken tray in bottom.So guess am stuck.
