Tall enough to reach what's on top of the cabinets
It's a little more trouble to assemble than I expected, but perhaps putting it together under the porch light at night, while fighting mosquitoes, wasn't my best idea. Once I got it together, it was easy to use and tall enough to to easily get my job done. It folds up and stores just fine and now I have a ladder to use for other things.

Easy to use. Bought this item to reach places I couldn't reach with a normal three step stool. The hand rails and platform make it very safe and much more functional. Great value for a low price.

Quality ladder
Quality components. Sturdy. Definitely recommend. Where the railings attach to the ladder were maybe a little bent or something because it was a little difficult to secure those with the short bolts included.

Minor Assembly Required
According to the product description this item is fully assembled. In reality, some minor assembly is required: the top tray and the safety handles must be installed using a total of 8 nuts, bolts, and washers. No big deal but mine arrived missing the nuts. The hardware bag had not broken open so it must have been mis-packed at the factory. Luckily, I had some nuts available that fit. Kind of minor, yes, but the product description should be corrected.
