The products I received may be acceptable items in their own right, but they are not what I ordered. I ordered model K72, but I received K86 instead. ​The differences between the two are significant: ​Thermal Backing: The K86 model I received does not have the thermal backing that is featured on K72. ​Dimensions %26 Measurements: The dimensions of K86 are entirely different from K72. ​Packaging: The packaging differs as well—K86 comes packaged as two items per package, whereas K72 is packaged individually (one per package), which forced me to order two items. ​When this happened the first time, I assumed it was a shipping error, returned it, and reordered K72. Unfortunately, I once again received K86. ​When I contacted the seller to explain that there might be a warehouse labeling mistake, I was told that K72 and K86 are the same item. This is completely incorrect. ​Please be very careful if you are looking to purchase these items: check the dimensions carefully, and please note that if you are expecting thermal backing, that is not what you will receive with K86. ​Sincerely,
