My husband was in need of a scanner to work on vehicles. He has been impressed with ease of operation and features. It was what he needed to diagnosis and narrow down issues.

It is a low-cost OBD2 scanner that works well. I have a plug-in hybrid car that displayed the "check engine" light. I borrowed an expensive OBD2 scanner from my coworker. The scanner detected issues, and I corrected them. However, the "clear" menu did not work to turn off the "check engine" light. It appeared as cleared, but the "check engine" light reappeared when I started the engine. Then this much cheaper scanner arrived in a package. Just plugged in and one click of the "clear" button, it surely cleared the "check engine" light. I am satisfied with this product for its low cost and good performance.

My son loves this product although the fact that it was supposed to be here the next day as per walmart.com and I had to pay the 6.99 because I’m not a Walmart plus member and it was not over the $35 and it was only $32 and change it did not get here for an additional four days. I really feel that I should be credited my 6.99 but I don’t know who to contact for that since it was an online order. That is the one thing with Amazon if it doesn’t get here when it says it’s supposed to you get credited your stuff and you know how to contact.

This OBD 2 is very straight forward and easy to use. My car was showing the check engine error sign and I decided to check use this OBD scanner to test what was wrong. I plugged it into the slot and turned on my engine. The test took about 10 seconds and was done with all the results. The results showed which spark plug needed to be replaced. This device helped me save hundreds on repairs.

This is US govt Rep Mr Fields..product did not work for my vehicle like stated in descriptions before i purchased it , ..CAN'T do Anything for my vehicles, ..Not Universal Either!... waste of my Time %26 Money..Not Happy
