I purchased this because I'm disabled and I needed a large comfortable chair to rest in. What I've discovered is I absolutely cannot put the feet down on this chair once they're elevated because it is so extremely difficult. it's unreasonably difficult. You should have made that completely clear

I feel it's overpriced for the quality. Intuitive to assemble, the instructions are not great. not very padded, and I wish it rocked but that is personal preference. It does fit me and my corgi comfortably, so it'll do for now.

yes this chair is so soft and comfortable. Its spacious. But it was just wonderful after 2 days that one of the metal peices bent so I couldnt recline it. Then the bent piece just broke. We are not small ppl but we are not huge. I mean my husband is around 200 pounds. this chair said it held up to 300 or 350 whatever. Still 2 days. I had already burnt the box and gotten rid of it. So now we just have a big huge chair instead of a big huge recliner. Not good quality. I mean really 2 days. I'm so disappointed. Now I'm going to have to order another recliner, not this one. And that's 400 bucks wasted because I can't send it back. Cant get a refund because i vant send it back. I mean really? It was my Christmas present. 2 days it lasted. My husband burnt all the boxes that day. we have 2 kids. think of all the boxes so yeah. But really disappointed in the chair in no help in wvery way woth this chair and purchase. Plus whatever I'm going to have to pay for another recliner. I was so excited. I'm around 150 and I sit in it the most. That's just ridiculous. I'm just stuck with a recliner that won't recline. Noone will help me. So whatever money down the drain have to buy another one and no refund nothing. So no I don't recommend it. Only reason I gave 2 stars because it is spacious and so comfortable. But other than that not wasting my money on another when no one will help me with anything. We didn't bend or break it. Just poor quality. I'm sorry to go on I just feel I'm getting ripped off here.

We put it together and the arms had wrong velcro and we were unable to attach it. After we had to go out and buy velcro so that we could try it out. After that mishap I tried out the chair. Had a hard time releasing the chair to use footrest. Had to pull real hard on release. Then when I tried to put the footrest down it would not lock to stay down. Would not recommend to anyone of normal strength. Have to admit that the chair looks nice but can't use recliner because I'm unable to control the mechanism.

I've had this recliner for 9 months and springs have broken and they have all around broken down fast. Not worth the time or money.

I bought two recliners and both recliners are broken. I figured this out after three hours of assembly and breaking down boxes. On one chair, the wire that pulls the latch to open the footstool was broken off. Little pieces of black plastic used to be the clip to hold the wire in place. On the other chair, it won't recline at all. The latch opened once, the footstool came out and was clearly off center. I had to turn the chair over to get it closed. I have emailed this company three times. I'm disgusted with my purchase and I'm very uncomfortable sitting in these chairs. I ordered recliners for a reason!

This chair was a nightmare..so many parts to assemble..and there was no instructions! Once together the foot rest was very hard to use..the chair was made with low quality supplies. The pillows for the arms were missing Velcro .so no way to attach them. It says up to 350 lbs. no way. The only thing that was truthful was it is extra wide. I have bought other chairs..they arrived with two parts bottom and back that lock into place ..that is what I thought I was gonna receive. I have no idea how to return the chair. A Christmas gift just taking up room..that no one can sit in!

The spot where you press to raise the legs is not reachable when you are seated. The padded arm is too thick, and although I have long arms, I can't reach the trigger switch. It needs a lever or something you can attach to be able to reach the trigger.

the frame is bent on the right front corner of base. cant close the foor rest and the recliner wabbles to the front right.

I never received it. It went to a different address that was not mine but I was still charged for it.
