Received the boxed item. Fairly easily to put together. The. Cushions initially looked wrinkled but they smoothed out over time. Good product for what you pay

EASY to get out of the boxes, easy to assemble , looks great for our family room. Bought it so granddaughter would have a place to play video games and watch TV. Just right for her. It's pretty comfortable , not a whole lot of cushion but not bad either.

Arrived a week earlier than initially said. i was updated on tracking on when it would arrive down to a 4 hour time frame. It arrived in two cartons. Very easy to maneuver inside. I was able to assemble the couch by myself in under an hour. All parts were included. No tools needed at all Pretty comfortable as well! Would definitely recommend this purchase!

I over all love the couch only took about 30 mins to put together my self it looks nice .But the problem was the big cushion was package just fine the two smaller cushions that fit at one end and then the ottoman are really wrinkly as they were in packing the air was sucks out of ..I'm asking for new cushion for it .Other then that it should work just fine . Would have gave 5 stars if it was for the cushion

This couch is TINY!!!!!! The measurements are totally wrong! I now have to purchase another couch!!!!!
