The paper towel holder is exactly what I wanted for my kitchen. It's very sleek, easy to clean and very sturdy.

Yes the base is really large but if you buy the triple rolls that's why it's so big. I buy double rolls and I find it just fine for my needs. I like that it's heavy and doesn't slide all over the counter. Also you just slide the new paper towels over it and don't have to take off a knob or anything. It really looks nice and goes with my other stainless appliances.

Very impressive. It's stable and fits a extra large roll. It also doesn't tip over when using.

It does what it's supposed to do, but feels kind of cheaply made. Not sure how long it will look good. I had this for a few months and the metal material ( I don't know if it's actually a thin metal or just a metallic paper) on the base is starting to separate.

Not quite what I expected. I thought the arm was a pressure arm against the paper towel roll, but that was my mistake. Base could be heavier for the time when you only have one hand available and need a paper towel that you could tear off without having the dispenser tip over. It fits nicely on my counter & looks great, but it wasn't exactly what I thought I wanted.

Poor quality workanship. Loose part - the little bar on the bottom remains very loose.

The finish on this is very cheap looking and there were "stains" on it. The shaft that holds the roll is too tall. Also, mine came with a dent in the base.
