Honey Stinger Oat + Honey Bar, Original, 12 Bars, 1.48 oz (42 g) Each

I use these to fuel up after the gym, a nice morning walk, or just to help myself catch that second wind. The original flavor is delicious and makes me smile with every bite. These are my go-to snack on the longer days.

These bars are the perfect bars for pre-strength training workouts and for before my long runs, whether they are races or just training runs. I feel like I'm getting the right amount fuel and I never feel heavy afterwards!

I eat 1-2 of these per day….one before my morning workout and one before my evening walk. LOVE them!!!!

These taste great and keep me full through out my whole work out and cool down. They dont feel heavy in my stomach either.

This is very similar to the nut+seed bar, which I was originally a big fan of. However, I assume this may be susceptible to the same issue of being too firm at "colder temps". I don't know what the exact temperature is but when the core is too cold the whole thing is very hard to bite/chew through and it loses some of its enjoyment. I like the flavor of this and the chocolate chip one a lot though. Like the nut+seed bar it can also be a little more of a mess since the oats can fall off so maybe don't eat this in the car.

Best by date was less than a month away. A few of the bars were open on the end. Had to return both boxes.
