My only real complaint is I wish they were cheaper. Marathon training mean going through a lot of these especially on long run days. Nothing else compares that I've tried. These are easy to eat and taste good. I've tried other options on different courses and they all suck.

This is a good product, but as several other reviewers have mentioned, the packaging is a problem. I ordered two boxes, and both arrived opened inside the Walmart shipping box. Several gels had fallen out, and five were missing. In total, I received only 43 gels instead of the 48 I paid for. Unfortunately, Walmart customer service was unable to help me with a refund. The product itself is good, but the poor packaging and missing items made this a very disappointing experience.
