I've gone through countless gels over the years (Hammer, Clif, Gu, etc) and these are the only ones for me anymore. The honey flavor is a classic and my go-to gel. The honey base doesn't have that weird gel taste that other gels have. It tastes like honey, it's easy to swallow (even without gulping down water simultaneously), it doesn't get stuck in my throat and my body doesn't have trouble absorbing it quickly. A win everywhere!

I really like the Honey Stinger Energy Gels! They're easy to take with me on runs and give me a quick boost when I need some extra energy. The flavor tastes good without being too overwhelming, (much like honey!) and the gel is easy to use while running. Definitely a great option for long runs and workouts!

I use it for my marathon training and races! Sits in my stomach very well. Downfall. Somehow I always seem to cut the inside of my mouth with the edge of the package. Is there a way to smooth it out ?

Wicked intense honey flavor, it was honestly a little too strong for my liking even though I love honey. Wanted to try it since the first ingredient is honey as compared to the other gels. I will probably use it as a water mix-in, on toast, or in my tea versus while I run going forward.
