Kids love this as a pre-sports snack. Conveniently shipped to our home and price is reasonable in comparison to regular supermarkets. Kids love other flavors but this Honey version has been their favorite.

They are tasty, they have a good amount of carbs and a good mix of fat and protein (i.e. not much of either). The only gripe that anyone could have about these is that they can pretty easily get crushed and become a handful of crumbs if you don't carry them carefully. Not a great size / form-factor to put in a shorts pocket, so you need a pack or small bag of some sort to carry them.

Honey Stinger Waffles are great to carry on long trail days. They taste great when you are totally blown out and not much tastes good. They are also very convenient to carry. Their low profile is great in a pocket or pack. You can also roll them up and they fit great in the key pouch of your ultralight shorts. I love Gingersnap and Salty Caramel the best!

This is my go to waffle flavor for the winter! It just screams & tastes holidays. When I want a little Christmas in July then I pop a ginger snap waffle & all is good with the world. You can't go wrong with these delicious waffles to provide the energy you need for that workout or run.

The first time I ever bonked on a long bike ride (ran out of energy), my legs just stopped working on an uphill climb and I came to a stop. Someone gave me a Honey Stinger waffle and told me to eat it and wait 10 minutes. Sure enough, I felt way better and was able to ride home no problem. Years later I'm getting ready to ride 300 miles and I'm packing Honey Stingers!

I'll eat these things for breakfast - sometimes with peanut butter, I'll eat them on rides when I'm feeling hungry - sometimes 2 at a time. They are delicious! Sometimes they can get broken up in my jersey or trying to open them while riding but not a big deal. I love them!

I have been using HS waffles for years now, and they never disappoint. So tasty, easy to digest, and not too sweet. Also, unlike goops/chews/gummies, they don't freeze (too much) during the winter, or melt during the summer! They are definitely my favorite year-round fuel for long training efforts and races.

I have started a stock pile of these waffles because I can never have enough! I go through them so quickly by eating at least one a day. I eat them after workouts, if I am out running errands, or if I have gone too long without eating a meal. I have tried all the flavors and they all taste great. But Vanilla is my favorite!

Honey Stinger waffles are my go to pre run nutrition. I consume one waffle before all my runs. If the runs are longer than 10 miles, I carry an extra with me along with a Honey Stinger gel packet. Tasty, easy to digest and have never had any stomach issues. Have not found anything better,
