Honeywell 10,000 BTU Digital Window Air Conditioner, Remote, LED Display, 4 Modes, Eco, 450 sq ft Coverage

Bought this unit to replace 6000 BTU in rental house. This is a 10,000 BTU unit better suited to house size. (440 sq ft) Unit installed by Walmart / Angie's List. Ontime installation, turned on, set up and immediately put in use. Excellent performance, very cold air will cool this small house completely. Very satisfied with product, and services provided.

So far very cooling. I'm hot all day and night even in the winter I keep a fan on so this air conditioner actually cools one room and a hallway of my five room and a hallway home it works service is purpose no problems yet.

Air conditioner works great and the air is nice and cool. Cooled down our upstairs tremendously. The remote control however isn't working so we're trying to troubleshoot that.

Fed ex never delivered A/C to my house..They say they delivered it but they did not and they had No proof that it got delivered (No Picture) THAT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH FEDEX..Walmart had to end up refunding me for this A/C BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT…I really needed this A/C when I ordered it..I learned a lesson tho I will never order anything that expensive online again ..I will go shop in person and sadly I couldn’t go buy this particular A/C at any Wal-Marts in my area because they only ship this brand... I needed a 10000 BTU and the only 10000 BTU in the stores in my area was black in color and a different brand …I had to end up going to Best Buy and buying an A/C..

I really don’t know how the AC works because I ordered one, got delivered and it was dented. Sent it back ordered another one, that one got delivered and came in busted and cracked!

Well, this forces me into a review while registering product, not a fan of this because it forces me to give it a one star. I was trying to register my product because it may be defective. It works, but is making a strange noise. I don't know if this is normal, but I doubt it. it could be 5 star worthy, but I need to write this before getting help with my product.
