This a great air conditioner and it was shipped quickly and packed very well with no problems. It was easy to install and works great it cools off my living room, kitchen and even the hall. Very pleased the price was good and it works great.

This is a temporary solution while I await installation of new central air. I've only had it a few days, but it is very strong and cools the open LR/DR/KI nicely.

Just received last week and it has been doing a great job of cooling our living room down. Appears to be a sturdy decent machine, installed easily in our window.

we have not installed it yet. However, I do have an issue with FedX delivery. They delivered it to the wrong address. We are in our seventies and live alone. When we finally found where it was, it was very difficult for us to pick it up. Not happy at all

Well, this forces me into a review while registering product, not a fan of this because it forces me to give it a one star. I was trying to register my product because it may be defective. It works, but is making a strange noise. I don't know if this is normal, but I doubt it. it could be 5 star worthy, but I need to write this before getting help with my product.
