Honeywell come through fires as stated
We had a house n had 3 Honeywell's vaults. They all came through the fire with no problem. So we decided to replace them with other vaults.

Safe was damaged severely in shipment. Returned as per instructions from chat conversation. Return received 3'weeks ago - still no refund. 3 chats and a supervisor with no resolution. Hours of time wasted on this issue. Incredibly poor customer service from Walmart.

the safe was received damaged in two locations. it was obvious once removed from the carton. Bottom rear left corner and front right side.
