Honeywell Quietest Tower Fan

Great price great product helps me sleep at night and keeps me cool . has 5 speeds and a remote.

I should have read the reviews on this fan before purchasing. It did require some assembly. It took both me and my wife - one to hold the fan and base, the other to insert thumb screws and locking collar. After assembling, we plugged in. Much to our dismay, it did not move all that much air - even on the highest setting. I will return to Walmart and look at the Lasko tower fan (at Walmart, which gets much better reviews).

This fan works well but it is simply not strong enough for us. It was difficult to assemble. The base was impossible to disassemble to return in the box.

This fan is not white. It's black. I've ordered it twice, and I am returning it again because it's the wrong color. The fan pictured on the box I received is black. I even looked inside to make sure the fan inside was black, and it is. The item number on the packing material matches the one for the white fan listed here (HY254BWMD1).

This is really a good fan, very quiet. I have one at work and it works great. Getting one that works out of the box is a problem. It took me two tries get one that worked when I ordered one for my office and I had to send back to WalMart my first try for my home. I am trying again. In my small sample that is a 50% chance to get one that works. It was still worth it to me, but I am not sure it would be worth it to others. There is also more assembly required than you would expect and it will likely be black, based on other comments and what I got from WalMart. It would be better if WalMart had a black display fan on their ads so you would know that you are getting a black fan.

I just bought it. The base doesn't fit because its not made for this fan :( Have to return!
