Sturdy, able to store 8x11 papers flat, deep enough for watches and other small items. Good, basic protection for important papers.

Needed a new security box for some of my documents and other "treasures" because my 50 year old one had seen better days. I like the idea of the digital lock along with the backup keys. It's roomy enough for my needs and seems to be secure. Glad I purchased this one.

Just what I needed to put my valuables in. It fit everything I needed to put away.

This is a nice size fireproof box. It's well made and has a comb and key lock.

Nice size, durable, nice to have the digital pad and key option. My only hangup is, I the number key pad is like 0-4. It'd be nice to have all numbers 0-9, because I couldn't think of a pin # in relation to just using the 0-4 numbers I could remember. In fact, I'm trying to think what code I went with and I cannot think of it. Good thing I have a key!

I returned it to your store It was too small and i did not feel like it would be safe enough for my papers i had to keep Also i still have not credited back on my credit card for this item i returned on Tuesday, Sept 1 If ther is anyway you can it was too small for my needs so i returned it to your store on Sept 1

My safe has worked great for 7 months but it will now not open. The switch to open it (after using the key or keypad to unlock) just spins in a circle. I've tried calling the company twice in the last few days but their machine just says they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to leave a message. I have left 2 messages but have not received a call back.

Can't set a new code. It just won't take!
