Excellent non-stick surface. Hand washes easily. I would not put it in the dishwasher. Good quality looking pan at a GREAT price! Not too heavy, not too light - perfect weight. I was baking gigantic cornbreads (for wildlife) and also baking chicken breasts (for the dogs) which usually cause a sticky mess nearly impossible to clean, even with the proper crisco/flour coating. I'm finally DONE with scrubbing those - they never really came clean even in the dishwasher. This pan has been a life changer for me :) !!!

Perfect pan for my lasagna. It didn't stick and it was easy to lift due to the handles. It is deep enough for a three layer lasagna.

Finally I can cook a lasagna that won't drip out of the pan. The usual 13 x 9 Pyrex pans are nice but they just aren't deep enough. This is an excellent choice.

I bought this for use on Thanksgiving for my chicken and dressing. It will work beautifully! It's very deep, and just the right size! I'm very happy with it so far!

Beautiful pan....BUT....the handles are in the drop-down position so lifting them up while the pan is scorching hot is a huge deal breaker. If only the handles were in a fixed position this pan would get 5 stars!
