Luggage
I think this is a great luggage set on a budget. We havent used them yet, but my kids have been pushing them around and they seem to be great quality.

Low quality wheels
I bought these for our first ever cruise and when our luggage was delivered to our room, the big suitcase was missing a wheel. That certainly made disembarking a challenge!

Looks good but not that sturdy.
The quantity of the material looks flimsy. Not as sturdy as the picture I saw. I'm hoping that it last.

Bad experience using the luggage first-time
I purchased the 3-piece luggage set in March and used the medium and small suitcase for the first time in June. It was on a US direct domestic flight. Disappointingly the medium sized suitcase cracked in two places. It took only one direct flight to show the poor quality.

Cheaply made
Not as sturdy as I was looking for. I knew it wouldn't hold up to travel so I returned the set.

Bad experience
I am disappointed. The largest suitcase lost a wheel and middle one got broken on the very first 2 hour flight. In addition it arrived with the zipper oppened for no good reason since it was half empty. I basically lost 100 dollars on this purchase.

Wheels Off %26 Dents
We took our first trip using this luggage, and it didn't end well. We have dents and a broken wheel. We will return it or find out about the protection plan. We are very disappointed.

Unreliable
During my first trip, the zipper broke, causing my items and suitcase to end up in a trash bag. Very disappointing. I purchased the insurance, and starting the claim has been a nightmare. I couldn't get past an entire month.
