make sure the heating/vibration cable is connected. i use this for town trips, as the heat and massage can reduce the back pain on a long day walking, or standing. the inflation part lift the torso up off the hips, so it reduces the lower back pain a lot. it also give you support.

Disappointed with the belt
This belt does not hold a charge as listed in the user manual. You have to recharge the belt after every use. The seller would not communicate with me. I would have requested another belt, but the seller would not respond to my email. The problem might be with this particular belt.
