My father suffered with back pain for years and this was the first item I was able to get him that he said worked and gave him some painfree days
Easy to ‘assemble' and operate (once you know where the buttons are- upside down when using). Comfortable to wear and stays in place, only moves around after you stand or sit, but it's easy to readjust. The battery life is a little shorter than I expected, runs maybe 1.5 - 2 cycles before needing to recharge; doesn't work when plugged in and recharging. I'm overall happy with the purchase.
Didn't work. Malfunctioned right out of the box. Requested refund but was stuck with this broken expensive thing instead. Would NOT recommend this product OR this seller.
